Hi Michelle its David from New York I was there last week fore 4 days and got back last weekend and I just received a e-mail from You guys asking to fill out a form about the service you guys provide well I just want to tell you I explained my experience under TESTIMONALS on the web sight when I got back , and just want take this this time out to tell you thanks fore evrything you have always been so nice over the phone and making me feel comfortable since day one you where my first impression of the doctors Clinic and its been great since then ,So thanks again MICHELLE
