I have ridging from previous hair transplants in area that needs more grafting. I have had just about all the plugs in the area removed yet still have the ridging.
Is it better to flatten the ridging with a series of kenalog shots and then graft into that area or just graft into that area right away without the shots?
I am concerned that the ridging will prevent future grafts from growing. But I am also concerned that kenalog shots will cause more hair loss in the area. |
