Suppliments, including NOS (NO2)

I'm a week post-op and beginning to recover. I want to thank the staff (Nelson and Kimmy) at IHTI for their kind and caring treatment. Dr. Cole was also very informative and supportive when personally creating my hairline with each and every graft.

My question is, can I start my suppliments again. I use both NOS and creatine as well as a multi and fish oil suppliment.

Hi Chicagochas,

You should be fine after a week post-op. The NOS can generally create better blood flow which is a plus for you. Our recommendation to patients taking supplements is to wait just three days after surgery.
