Effect of Minox on healthy hair

Hi,

I would like to use Minox with Propecia+hair cycle+niz which I am already using, but Im worried it will effect the healthy hair. I have read that in the begging the healthy hair goes into shock and falls off.

Any ideas?

I personally did not experience this occurance, though I have heard of it. I think in this day and age where we do have knowledge of the effects of DHT it is best to use an anti-androgen coupled with a higher dosage minoxidil solution. To my knowledge, Hair Cycle products have not been associated with any incidence of shock loss. I think this might be an overblown concern. Even if there is some I highly doubt it would be pronounced and/or permanent loss. Just my thoughts...

I never found any excessive hair loss when I started using minoxidil and I started when I was 16 years old though it was only available on prescription back then and I had to travel for 1 1/2 hours to get to the specialist clinic.
I have always used minoxidil and found there to be no side effects but when I have stopped on a few occasions for a while due to lack of finances I have noticed more hair loss than usual.
I know it is recommended for best results to keep using the solution regularly once started.
