Dr. Cole and the IHTI team placed 3219 FIT grafts in this Norwood 5’s frontal zone. We first caught up with the patient 6 months post-op and observed some tremendous early growth. This was largely attributed to his application of the Hair Cycle post-operative products. More recently we were to take photographs of the patient’s progress, this time at the 19-month post-op mark. The additional maturation of this hair transplant was truly astounding.

Enclosed you will find extensive photos of this exquisite Follicular Isolation Mega-session.

This is another example of why Dr. Cole and his team's work are considered the "Gold Standard" in the industry. No one will ever know that this man ever had any work done... except that he looks better and has a lot more hair on his head.

For anyone deciding on a doctor. Look at the hairlines they produce. If the practice doesn't show clear hairline images or video, I can say with a high degree of confidence, the reason is , they don't want you to see their hairlines, because they don't look natural.

I was recently emailed by one of Dr. Cole's patients who has seen more than 100 patients from various doctors in person. He said in nearly all of the cases, doctor Cole's work is not only better, but often times shockingly so.

Hi,

This work is $1,000,000.00 worth of artistry. I am totally confident in IHTI's work and consistency. However, I do have one question? Is there any side effects to consider when having all of the needed surgery done in one sitting versus having two or three procedures? I can't imagine that it would get any better to have more than two surgeries. It seems that most results are done on the first round.

good points nthmainneighbor, i totally agree.
Gamecock, some patients will do great with one session but it is really depends on how big and bald is the reciepient area and how dense you want to pack the area.
In many cases multiple session are required to achieve results, every patient is different and need a different plan.

Nthmainneighbor,

I’ve read many articles and posts where physicians and clinics write that follicular unit transplantation technology in combination with custom made incision instruments provide a totally natural hairline. While these technologies and technique are the state-of-the-art we cannot assume these tools and building blocks will provide undetectable results in the hands of all physicians. At you state, nthmainneighbor, the truth is that most clinics will not provide the type of undetectable hairline that is seen in the photos above. If you have bricks and mortar is does necessarily mean you have the skill to build a house.

Follicular units are the building blocks here, but the natural hair line is the result of surgical skill.

Gamecock,

Doing more that one producer is not uncommon but it depends on the patient's goals. Many times the first procedure will provide the most dramatic results. For example, if you are totally bald in an area and plant 2000 grafts into it, you will have an infinite improvement. If you plant 2000 more grafts into that area at a later time, you only double the improvement. This guy had alot of loss so he really went 0 to 60 iwith one big session.

8 Months ago we showed you progress on this Norwood five after 3200+ FIT/CIT grafts. Subsequently, months ago we did a small session of appox. 700 to his crown bringing his graft count to 3900. This patient recently came by the clinic for a checkup and photos of his current progress are below. A noteable fact is that this patient did use "Hair Cycle" as his post surgery treatment for quicker healing but he also adamantly uses Hair Cycle products for regular hair maintenance. Now he is about 28 months out and his growth is very much impressive.
