Welcome to the summer edition of our Newsletter. In the last edition
of the newsletter we spoke about the
FIT being a major player
in the hair transplant new technologies. We are getting more proven
results and the FIT is now establishing itself as a hair transplant
proven technique that can help a numerous range of hair loss sufferers
that were not good candidates for restoration with the conventional
hair transplant methods.
As a results of that, we have advanced our patient services by scheduling
more seminars all over the world and tremendously improving our internet
service which we will discuss later on this page.
The seminars offer
patients an opportunity to see an in depth discussion relating to Follicular
Isolation with before and after photographs. In addition, we will answer
your questions, allow you to see other patients, and evaluate your individual

New Advances in Repair Surgery
Perhaps the most significant advancement in hair restoration surgery
this year has been in the area of corrective procedures for prior pluggy
looking hair transplants. We have successfully removed grafts using
Follicular Isolation in a much more rapid fashion than we could remove
them in the past. In the past we were limited to the removal of one
row of pluggy looking grafts at a time. Today we can remove multiple
follicular units within a larger graft. This markedly speeds up the

New website design and features
We are proud to announce the new design of
Forhair.com, Many changes have
been done to give the reader the most exciting surfing time and quality.
We have some new features on the new website. One of them is in the
new patient gallery with some proven FIT results that shows remarkable
progress in our patient's natural hairline. These hairlines can be clarified
by clicking on the
"zoombox" which is a flash presentation on the patient gallery page.
Another feature is the Virtual Consultation.
This service allows the patient to upload their photos with personal
hair loss information into our database. Our experts then will evaluate
the data and will give the patient a future plan.
We also have a new
Virtual Tour. Explore our clinic with this interactive flash application
and take a look at our procedure and the team!
The web page and forum has proven to be one of the most useful and informative
websites on the Internet about hair loss and hair restoration.
Our support forum is one of the best sources of unbiased information
on hair loss, hair transplant surgery, surgeons, and the techniques

Patient Care and new Services
We have come a long way in a short time, and Dr.
Cole is in demand more now than ever! Although in the past we may have
had issues with scheduling errors and other administrative blunders,
we have been striving to improve our Patient Care / Customer Service.
I am pleased to say we are succeeding in a big way. We have a full office
staff now and new policies put in place to ensure our patient's satisfaction.
As we continue to refine our patient care, I have now put in place a
patient survey which goes out to all surgery patients, asking for their
input and suggestions on how to make the patient's experiences better.
The feedback we are receiving is very beneficial, and we have implemented
many of the suggestions already. As Director of Patient Services, it
is my goal to ensure the patients are comfortable, their needs are met,
their best interest is the main objective, and they receive the service
and care they deserve. It is a privilege to be a part of Dr. Cole's
team.
