The answers:

Q. How much is the deposit?

The deposit is 25% of the surgery total. (Note: The patient coordinators cannot hold dates for anyone without the deposit, no exceptions)

Q. When is the balance due?

A. The balance is due 21 days before surgery. (Note: We reserve the right to give your date to someone else if the balance is not paid in full by the 21 st day)

What forms will I need to return to the patient coordinator to ensure that I do not lose my appointment?

The patient coordinator will include in your surgery packet a Financial Form and a 3rd Party Credit Card Authorization Form.
These must be read, signed and returned within 24 hours of receipt.

Q. Where will I stay while I am having surgery?

A. Included in the surgery packet is a list of some lodging choices. These hotels are familiar with our patients and provide special services just for you. They respect our patient's confidential identity and offer discounted rates. They have kitchenettes where you can prepare your meals if you will be with us for an extended period of time. (Note: Please don't worry about the pillows or the sheets they are used to this and understand) We have provided web links that you can click on and schedule your stay.

Q. How will I get to the clinic?

A. Directions and choices of transportation are provided in your surgery packet. We highly recommend the hotels that provide shuttle service since it is included in the cost of the room.

Q. When should I arrive and leave?

We suggest that you arrive the day prior to your surgery and leave the day following your surgery. The traffic in Atlanta can be extremely heavy and if you arrive the day of surgery you may be very late for your appointment. If this happens, you will not receive the number of grafts you have paid for and there is no refund.
