These photos show the 13 month post-op result from a 2146 grafts CIT session. Prior to visiting IHTI and Dr. Cole, the patient had multiple strip surgeries that resulted in poor and unnaturally angled grafts all through the patient's hairline and frontal 1/3. The objective of the surgery was 1) to rebuild a lower, undetectable hairline in front of the old pluggy hairline and 2) to camouflage the unnatural grafts by packing naturally occurring follicular units in between them.

Unfortunately, these photos were taken with a different low pixel camera during an out-of-town follow-up appointment. The lighting conditions etc. of the before images could not be replicated as well as we would have liked.

Still, the improvement in the patient's condition is clear. There is great deal more hair volume in the frontal aspect to style and wear as the patient pleases. More importantly the additional work from Dr. Cole has given this individual the freedom to go in public without the self-conscious concerns of having a bad hair transplant.
